€40m Logistics Centre in Baldonnell Officially Opened
Mountpark's €40m logistics centre in Baldonnell was officially opened this week. Cllr. Emer Higgins, who proposed the zoning of this land for commercial use, joined Mayor Vicki Casserly at the celebration of the creation of local jobs and the state-of-the-art fit out of the site. Spooktacular Halloween Fun at Luggwoods
Luggwoods, a family attraction in Saggart famous for its Christmas Winter wonderland experience, is this year running a Halloween themed event again this year. Local Councillor, Emer Higgins attended the launch with Darcy(7) and Jack (4) and raved about it. “We all loved the Halloween event in the Luggwoods Enchanted Forest. Higgins to run in Bye Election
Cllr. Emer Higgins has been announced by Fine Gael as their candidate for the upcoming Bye-Election. The move comes as no surprise given that Higgins was selected two years ago by the party to run in the General Election. But things have changed dramatically since then, and with Frances Fitzgerald now elected to the European Parliament a vacancy now exists for Dublin Mid West in Dáil Eireann. The Bye-Election to fill Frances’ seat is expected to be held at the end of November
